The meeting will be documented by the Construction Manager. Copies of the minutes and relevant <br />documents will be prepared and provided to all parties. <br />2.1.2 Daily Progress Meeting <br />Informal progress meetings will be held each morning before the start of work. At a minimum, this <br />meeting will be attended by the QA/QC Consultant and Contractor. The purpose of this meeting is <br />to: <br />• Discuss problems and resolutions. <br />• Review test data. <br />• Discuss the Contractor's personnel and equipment assignments for the day. <br />® Review the pervious day's activities and accomplishments. <br />• Resolve any outstanding problems or disputes. <br />2.1.3 Weekly Meeting <br />Weekly scheduled meetings will be held. The Owner, Construction Manager, QA/QC Consultant, <br />® and Contractor will be present. The meetings will be held to discuss progress, problems, <br />construction schedule, changes, test data, safety, environmental issues, and any other issues <br />necessary. The Construction Manager will prepare the agenda for each meeting and prepare meeting <br />minutes for distribution to all parties. <br />2.1.4 Other Meetings <br />As required, special meetings will be held to discuss problems or non-conformance. This meeting <br />will be attended by parties as directed by the Owner. If the problem requires a design modification <br />and subsequent change order, the Design Engineer should also be present. The meeting will be <br />documented as directed by the Construction Manager. <br />2.2 Responsibilities of Parties <br />2.2.1 Responsibilities of the Construction Manager <br />The Construction Manager is responsible for oversight of the Earthwork and Geosynthetics <br />Contractors and assisting with coordination issues between Contractors. The Construction Manager <br />will also monitor the progress of construction in relation to the Contractor's submitted schedule and <br />will review the Contractor's applications for payment.
