4-6 <br />4. Wastes granted a variance to be disposed of in the Class III waste management units <br />include, <br />but are not limited to: <br />♦ <br />Asbestos (with greater than 1 percent friable asbestos as approved in the WDRs) <br />♦ <br />Treated Auto Shredder Waste (TASW) (Preprocessed) <br />5. Nonhazardous commercial and industrial wastes including, but not limited to: <br />♦ <br />Sewage sludge <br />♦ <br />Water treatment sludge <br />♦ <br />Grit/grease <br />♦ <br />Holding tank pumpings (in dry form only) <br />♦ <br />Storm drain cleanings <br />♦ <br />Dredge and fill materials <br />♦ <br />Rubbish such as clay products, glass, rubber products, plastics, metals, paper <br />products, cardboard, cloth <br />♦ <br />Fiberglass <br />♦ <br />Contaminated Soils: Soils contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, <br />nonpetroleum-based organics, and/or soluble solids <br />♦ <br />Ash: Coal and wood ash, agricultural ash, sewage and wastewater sludge ash, <br />hospital waste ash <br />♦ <br />Infectious waste <br />♦ <br />Metals -contaminated wastes <br />♦ <br />Organic compound contaminated materials <br />♦ <br />Chemical toilet waste (in dry form only) <br />♦ <br />Boiler blowdown wastewater (in dry form only) <br />6. Construction and demolition wastes including, but not limited to: <br />♦ Treated waste wood: utility poles, railroad ties, fence and guardrails, posts, sign <br />posts, which may have been treated with chromated copper arsenate, <br />pentachlorophenol, creosote, acid copper chromate, ammoniacal copper <br />arsenate, ammoniacal copper zinc arsenate, or chromated zinc chloride. <br />♦ Asphalt, concrete, and rocks. <br />♦ Plastic, wood, metals, glass, paper products, cardboard, rubber products, roofing <br />paper, and wallpaper. <br />7.
