A <br />M04:1 FINE <br />Mr. Bill Lopez <br />Senior Geologist <br />Geo -Logic Associates <br />11415 West Bernardo Court, Suite 200 <br />San Diego, CA 92127 <br />January 29, 2016 <br />RE: Forward Landfill — Annual land application monitoring summary <br />Dear Mr. Lopez: <br />Forward Incorporated (Forward) is pleased to provide this summary of the annual land application <br />monitoring program for year 2015. <br />LAND APPLICATION AREA INSPECTIONS <br />On a daily basis, Forward reviewed for: <br />0 evidence of erosion, <br />0 berm condition, <br />0 soil saturation, <br />0 ponding, <br />* potential runoff to off-site areas, <br />0 potential discharge to surface water, <br />0 actual discharge to surface water, <br />0 accumulation of organic solids, <br />0 soil clogging, <br />9 odors that have the potential to be objectionable at or beyond the property boundary, <br />0 and vectors. <br />Temperature, wind speed and direction, and other relevant weather data and field conditions were <br />also recorded. No valves are required as part of the land application operation.
