California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> January 15,2018 cornerstone <br /> • A TETRA TECH COMPANY <br /> Page 2 <br /> Operations and Maintenance of GCCS <br /> SCS Engineers (SCS) is contracted by Forward to conduct the Operation and Maintenance <br /> (O&M) of the GCCS system at the Landfill. During the fourth quarter of 2017, the following <br /> O&M activities were conducted: <br /> • Quarterly monitoring of LFG probes was conducted; <br /> • Ongoing wellfield monitoring and tuning of the GCCS was performed; <br /> • Inspection of all condensate sumps and pumps for operations was conducted. <br /> Any required maintenance as a result of the inspections was performed; <br /> • There were no known GCCS system failures during the fourth quarter of 2017. <br /> The total hours of operation of the GCCS were 24 hours per day; and <br /> • The instantaneous total flow rate of LFG during December 22,2017 readings was <br /> 1,464 standard cubic feet per minute (scfm) at the LFG to energy (LFGTE)facility <br /> and 2,643 scfm at the flare station. <br /> Order Violations <br /> • To the best of our knowledge,there were no violations of the Order during the fourth <br /> quarter of 2017 as it applies to the operation or maintenance of the GCCS at the Landfill. <br /> Please feel free to contact me at 630-410-7212 or Jessica.bernardini®cornerstoneeg.com if <br /> you have any questions regarding this report. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Cornerstone Environmental Group,a Tetra Tech Company <br /> Gavin Casson,E.I.T.
