Criteria for Evaluation of Program Effectiveness: <br />The ultimate effectiveness of the recycling <br />program will be measured by the quantity of <br />materials diverted from the solid waste stream. <br />Surveys could be performed to measure the <br />effectiveness of involving the public if that <br />information would help to achieve the reduction <br />goals. <br />2. Agency, organization, or Persons Responsible for <br />Program Monitoring: <br />The Solid Waste Division of the Department of <br />Public Works will be responsible for implementing <br />and monitoring the Integrated Waste Management Plan <br />for the unincorporated area. <br />3. Funding Requirements and Revenue Sources for <br />Program Monitoring: <br />Generally, the recycling program will be <br />funded through the County's Solid Waste Enterprise <br />Fund. See the funding component for details on <br />funding.
