Known Implementation Costs, Public and Private, and Revenues <br />and Revenue Sources: <br />Costs to implement the County's compost program include <br />Solid Waste Division salaries and supplies to administer the <br />table indicates the estimated costs to implement the County's <br />proposed compost program. Revenues from the Solid Waste <br />Enterprise Fund will be used to fund the compost program. <br />Other revenue sources may include refuse collection rates, <br />tipping fees, County Service Area fees and long-term <br />financing.
