Produce and distribute flyers or pamphlets <br />promoting the following specific waste management <br />projects: <br />* The new North County Recycling Center and <br />Sanitary Landfill. <br />* The upgrading of the Lovelace Transfer Station <br />and its recycling program. <br />* The County's regional compost plan. <br />2. Produce education and information materials jointly <br />with other jurisdictions in the County whenever <br />practical. <br />3. Develop or obtain and distribute a curriculum for <br />use within public and private schools in the <br />unincorporated County. <br />M. Existing Program Description: <br />The following describes the various education and public <br />information activities currently available for the <br />unincorporated areas of the County. <br />A. County Program: <br />The County has no official information or education <br />program dealing with waste reduction.
