0 <br />Ib. Quantity and Types of Solid Waste Disposed: <br />The waste shed for this facility is the <br />same as that for the now closed Harney Lane <br />Sanitary Landfill. In 1990, the Harney Lane <br />Landfill received 140,767 tons of waste from <br />residential, commercial and industrial sources <br />in the north and central portions of the county. <br />More than 55% of the waste received at the site <br />in 1990 came from a private transfer station <br />owned and operated by California Waste Removal <br />Systems in Lodi. This facility is owned and <br />operated by the firm that is franchised by the <br />City of Lodi for residential, commercial and <br />industrial waste collection and franchised by <br />the County to provide residential waste <br />collection services. <br />The remainder of the waste came from <br />licensed and franchised haulers, and residential <br />and business users who hauled their own waste. <br />C. Permitted Site Acreage: <br />Permitted acreage is 320 acres. <br />d. Permitted Capacity: <br />The site is permitted to receive 850 tons per <br />day. <br />e.
