1st Qtr, 1994 Review land use policies to encourage source <br />reduction. <br />1st Qtr, 1994 Work with schools on implementing waste <br />reduction curriculum. <br />2nd Qtr, 1994 Establish backyard compost program. <br />4th Qtr, 1994 Establish compost facility #1. <br />4th Qtr, 1994 Establish yard waste drop-off program at one <br />or more County solid waste facilities. <br />1st Qtr, 1995 Open redesigned Lovelace Transfer Station. <br />2nd Qtr, 1995 Establish recyclables drop-off at Lovelace <br />Transfer Station. <br />B.
