The landfill is a 320- <br /> acre site of which 185-acre is used as a waste disposal site located on Harney <br /> Lane, five miles southeast of Lockeford, California, in Section 21, T3N, RBE, <br /> MDB&M. The landfill is owned and operated by San Joaquin County. The <br /> engineering for the facility is performed by the San Joaquin County Department <br /> of Public Works, Solid Waste Division. <br /> North County Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill is a Class III landfill <br /> accepting municipal solid waste including residential, commercial, <br /> construction, industrial demolition, and agricultural wastes.
