c - . <br /> Haulers who remove hazardous materials from the NCRC&SL as <br /> requested under the load checking program shall deliver to <br /> the County's Department of Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division proper documents and/or a <br /> manifest within ten (10) days verifying that the subject <br /> materials were disposed of properly. <br /> If prohibited wastes are delivered to the site and the= <br /> responsible delivering party cannot or will not safely <br /> remove the waste, the County will then contract with a <br /> licensed hazardous waste .hauler for removal and ultimate <br /> legal disposal. The responsible party will be billed for <br /> these associated costs. <br /> Further information regarding proper disposal of the <br /> prohibited wastes listed above is available from the <br /> Department of Public Health Services Environmental Health <br /> Division at. (209) 468-3420 . <br /> An example of the notification is shown as Exhibit 4 . <br /> -8- <br /> SW-6=C9.S4 <br />
