The County has developed a term agreement with a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler for removal and disposal of discovered <br /> hazardous waste. Under this agreement, the contracted <br /> hauler <br /> loads the materials at the NCRC&SL, p Y <br /> ary <br /> cleanup, prepares the manifest and transports the waste to a <br /> hazardous waste site for ultimate disposal. The site foreman <br /> signs the manifest as generator and forwards required copies to <br /> the California Department of Health Services. <br /> The storage locker will be clearly marked as a hazardous waste <br /> storage area and will. remain locked. The locker will be cleared <br /> of accumulated prohibited waste discovered under the load <br /> checking program when it becomes over 90 percent full or before <br /> any waste contained therein has been stored for 90 days . <br /> _10- <br /> SSA-58209.57 <br /> ,w' <br />
