• Ifr
p ohzbited wastes are delivered to the NCRCfSL and
detected under the Load Checking Program, the
responsible customer will be requested to remove such
waste from the site for disposal at a properly
designated disposal site. Further information
regarding proper disposal of the prohibited wastes
listed above .is available from the San Joaquin County
Department of Public Health Services, Environmental
Health Division, at (209) 468-3420.
Further information on recycling of used motor oil and
other recyclables is available by telephone at 1-800-
RECYCLE.
■ If prohibited wastes are disposed of at the site.which
the responsible delivering party will not safely remove
for disposal, the County will then contract with a
hazardous waste hauler for removal from the` NCRC&SL and
ultimate legal disposal.
