Sheaves and Belts - sheaves and belts shall be supplied for each blower to <br />allow operation at the following normal speeds. 3600, 3100, 2600, 2100 <br />revolutions per minute (rpm). The blower shall initially be set up to run at <br />2100 rpm. <br />F. Gas Inlet and Outlet - The blower inlet and outlet shall be compatible <br />with ASA 125 lb. flat -face flanges. <br />G. Shaft Seal - The shaft seal shall be a double lip seal suitable to prevent <br />leaking of gas in excess of 1.0 standard cubic feet per hour (SCFH), <br />although zero leakage is desired. <br />H. Blower Discharge - Bottom horizontal. <br />I. Maximum Noise Level - Maximum noise level at 3600 rpm when <br />measured at 3 feet shall not exceed 90 dBA. <br />J. Motor - Motor shall be ultra high efficiency 480 -Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz <br />with a 1.15 service factor. The motor shall be totally enclosed fan cooler <br />(TEFC). Area classification is Class I, Division II, Group D. Insulation <br />shall be class F. <br />K. Blower Mounting Base - The blower and motor shall be capable of <br />standing freely on its own mounting base, and suitable for anchoring on <br />rubber vibration isolation pads on the Blower Skid. <br />L.
