The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals <br />for the installation and testing of pipes and fittings of the skid assembly <br />and flare system as shown in the Drawings and as specified herein. <br />B. The Contractor shall furnish pipe, pipe supports and conduit spools <br />necessary for connection of the Skid Assembly to the LFG flare and inlet <br />connections. <br />1.02 RELATED SECTIONS <br />A. Section 01300- "Submittals" <br />1.03 ALTERNATES/ALTERNATIVES <br />A. The Contractor shall not supply and/or install alternate material and <br />equipment without the written consent of the Engineer per approved <br />submittal. <br />A. The Contractor shall submit manufacturer's data to the Engineer for pipes, <br />pipe fittings, gaskets, nuts and bolts. <br />B. The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer drawings of the skid assembly <br />piping network including piping spools. <br />1.05 ACCEPTANCE AT SITE <br />A.
