4.01 MEASUREMENT <br />A. Depth of the LFG wells shall be measured by a weighted tape from the <br />surface. <br />A. Payment for LFG Wells shall be in the basis of unit price per foot of depth <br />as identified in the Proposal. Payment shall be made at the contract unit <br />price for the quantity installed and includes drilling, backfill, compaction, <br />piping, drilling pads, expansion joints, well logs, boots, hauling of waste <br />material to the active area of the landfill, and all drilling safety measures <br />as described in these specifications and as shown on the drawings. <br />Payment shall be full compensation for labor, materials, tools, equipment, <br />overhead, and other work and incidentals necessary to complete the work <br />of this Section.
