LI <br />Fi <br />L- <br />r <br />J <br />4.02 PAYMENT <br />A. 12 -Inch Header Valve: Payment for 12 -Inch Header Valves will be based <br />on the unit price for each 12 -Inch Header Valve installed as identified in <br />the proposal. Payment shall include all fittings, flanges, bolts, gaskets, etc. <br />Payment shall be full compensation for labor, materials, tools, equipment, <br />overhead, and other work and incidentals necessary to complete the work <br />of this Section. Unless authorized by the Owner, the quantity paid shall <br />not exceed the amount shown on the proposal for 12 -Inch Header Valves. <br />B. 6 -Inch Header Valve: Payment for 6 -Inch Header Valves will be based on <br />the unit price for each 6 -Inch Header Valve installed as identified in the <br />proposal. Separate payment will not be made for valves in the flare station area. Full <br />compensation shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the <br />flare station construction, and no additional compensation will be allowed <br />or paid. <br />E. Separate payment will not be made for the 2 -Inch valves included with the <br />LFG Wellhead.
