The use of temporary setpoints for the purpose of startup shall be approved <br />by the engineer prior to start-up, and the actual setpoints shall be <br />determined by the engineer during system shakedown. <br />F. A printout of the function with an accurate description of all bits and <br />words used in the program shall be provided. <br />3.02 INSTALLATION <br />A. The Contractor shall have the program ready to download to the PLC <br />before substantial completion of the system. <br />B. The Contractor shall install a legal copy of the latest windows based <br />software version on the owner's compatible microcomputer and shall <br />provide two complete programming and operating manuals and software <br />disks. <br />3.03 TESTING <br />A. The Contractor shall test all program subroutines, custom screens, and <br />remote monitoring and control capabilities of the software by logging on <br />to the PLC from the owner's microcomputer. <br />B. The Contractor shall perform all debugging required to make the system <br />operate in accordance with the plans and specifications. <br />3.04 TRAINING <br />A. The Contractor shall train the County's operators in the use of the remote <br />and local monitoring, data retrieval and programming screens in the PLC. <br />A.
