1 <br />n <br />C <br />1. 10 ODOR CONTROL <br />A. Where other odor control measures are not adequate, the Contractor shall <br />provide blowers, foaming equipment, plastic sheeting or other means of <br />controlling odors necessary to comply with the requirements of the <br />SJVAPCD or the County. <br />1.11 SEALING OPEN HOLES <br />A. Open holes or excavations in refuse left during non -working hours shall be <br />sealed using an impermeable membrane, and plywood or steel plate <br />anchored to the ground and with dirt sealing the edges. Additionally, a <br />barrier a _arning signs shall be placed around the area of the hole. <br />1.12 PROJECT OFFICE SPACE <br />A. A Field Office is not required for this Project. The Contractor shall, <br />however, maintain on the project site a protected area in which copies of <br />the Contract Documents, project progress records, project schedule, shop <br />drawings, red lined drawings and other relevant documents shall be kept <br />and shall be accessible to the County and Engineer during working hours. <br />1.13 SANITATION FACILITIES <br />A. Contractor shall provide and maintain ample field latrines and ablution <br />accommodations for all workers employed on the project under the <br />contract. Field latrines and ablution accommodations shall be provided <br />and maintained in a sanitary condition at all times during the work on this <br />project. The sanitation facilities shall be cleaned once weekly. <br />1.14 MATERIAL STORAGE <br />A. A materials storage area shall be designated to the Contractor by the <br />Engineer.
