F <br />r <br />0 <br />n <br />i <br />r <br />u <br />0 <br />u <br />Ll <br />k <br />r <br />C <br />0 <br />u <br />I <br />SECTION 01742 <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br />Work shall be in accordance with Section 5 of Standard Specifications <br />1.01 SUNS IARY <br />A. The Contractor shall warrant and guarantee the performance of all Work <br />under these Specifications and any additional work or modifications to the <br />Work agreed upon during the course of the project. The Contractor shall <br />be responsible for the correction of all deficiencies of work, including <br />detailed design and fabrication, performed by the Contractor, all <br />Subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. <br />B. The Contractor's warranty period shall be a minimum of twelve (12) <br />months from the date of final project acceptance by the Owner, except that <br />the Contractor shall assign all warranties and guarantees of equipment <br />vendors which extend beyond the minimum one-year warranty. <br />C. The liquid pumps shall have a minimum two year warranty from the date <br />of final acceptance by the Owner. <br />D. The Contractor shall guarantee all materials and workmanship suitable for <br />the service intended and that said materials shall be free from all inherent <br />defects in design and workmanship. Costs to correct defects shall be at the <br />Contractor's expense. <br />E.
