We are
pleased to report that based on these results, showing no methane in any well or
structure, we appear to be in compliance with Title 27 regarding landfill gas
migration. The probe of soil gas well SG -16 SA was submerged at the time of
monitoring, indicating that no gas was migrating through that strata at that time.
This condition was discussed with EHD staff.
If you have any questions, please contact me at extension 8-8504.
Sincerely,
W.
