The Notice of Determination for this permit shall be subject to all applicable mitigation measures which identified in the land use <br /> conditions of approval#UP-89-2 as adopted by the San Joaquin County Planning Department.This complies with Sections 21108 <br /> and/or 21152 of the Public Resources Code.The Final EIR(SCH 88060714)was adopted by San Joaquin County on August 10, 1989. <br /> The Mitigated Negative Declaration(SCH 92082082)was adopted by San Joaquin County on October 31, 1992. <br /> 14.
