CCR Title 27 Findings Sections Consistency with March 3, 2010 provided a finding that the facility is ® Acceptable Public Resources consistent with PRC 50001 and WCMP staff in the ❑ Unacceptable Code 50001 Jurisdiction Compliance and Audit Section found the facility is identified in the Countywide Siting Element as described in their memo dated March 9, 2010. 21685(b)(7) WCMP staff in the Compliance, Evaluations, and Operations Consistent Enforcement Division (GEED) found that the facility was in ® Acceptable ® with State Minimum compliance with all operating and design requirements during Unacceptable Standards the inspection conducted on March 3, 2010.
