Submit tonnage records of wastes <br />received on a monthly basis to the <br />LEA. <br />d. Quantities and types of materials <br />recycled and/or salvaged shall be <br />reported to the LEA on an annual <br />basis. <br />e. A log of special occurrences, i.e., <br />fires, explosions, accidents, <br />hazardous wastes, etc., shall be <br />maintained and reported to the LEA <br />on an annual basis and no later than <br />December 31 of each year. <br />Any other information concerning the <br />landfill must be provided to the LEA upon <br />request. <br />review and rewrite a Solid Waste Facility <br />Permit. <br />t. All of the required submittals and other findings <br />required by Title 27, Section 21685 have been provided and made. Staff has determined that California <br />Environmental Quality Act requirements have been met to support concurrence. The findings are <br />summarized in the following table.
