C)ther r�ctiuities The project description states the SKMPW is also proposing to clarify the use of the site as follows: "(Act activities. 'rite landfill facility may be visited by County employees or other authorized personnel for other uses at any time. Such uses would include administrative tasks,equipment maintenance,operation of environmental control facilities, and use of constnutirht equipment as need to maintain compliance with outer permit retlnircmen&c." Agairt,it is Board staff's opinion that only under emergency situations should activities be conducted beyond the hours of 5:30 a.m.to 7:00 p.m. If this is not the case,include a very specific list of activities � 4-7 that may be conducted and the frequency that they may occur in the FFIR air Quality Page 3.2-10 of the DEIR states that the impacts analyzed"...are limited to operation-related impacts because it is anticipated that no construction activities will occur as,part of the propaced project.,, Page 3.2-11 states"Ctperation activities could result in direct and indirect impacts on air quality caused by 4-8 ground disturbance or mgetation clearing as part gfpro ect construction or as a result of pro�jcct operations."
