COC Monitoring <br />COC monitoring shall be conducted as part of background and detection <br />monitoring under Sections F.2 and F.3, respectively. COC monitoring shall be <br />conducted by 30 June 2010 and at least every five years thereafter. Additional <br />or more frequent COC monitoring may be required to establish CLs (see Section <br />F.2.c) or in response to a release (see SPRR, Section XI). <br />G. SURFACE WATER MONITORING (Section 20415(c)) <br />1. Storm Water <br />The Discharger shall maintain coverage under the State Water Resources <br />Control Board General Industrial Storm Water Permit, Water Quality Order No. <br />97-03-DWQ. The discharger shall also monitor storm water flows semiannually <br />for the semiannual field and monitoring parameters specified in Table F.3.c. <br />Sampling shall be conducted at the following discharge locations, as applicable <br />(see Attachment B): <br />C] <br />
