The AESC, or his designee, will inspect First Aid Kits once a month to assure <br />that Kits are complete and sign and date the Inspection Form (Attachment C). <br />In addition, the AESC will inspect fire extinguishers once every three months, <br />and sign and date Fire Extinguisher Inspection Form (Attachment D). <br />5. PG&E is responsible for providing electricity to the NCRC&SL. Therefore, <br />PG&E is to be contacted at 466-4589 in case of an emergency. Campora <br />Propane Service provides propane gas service for the NCRC&SL. In case <br />of emergencythat requires their involvement, call 466-8611 Monday through <br />Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours and on weekends, call <br />948-8787. <br />6. The AESC shall inspect all storage areas once a month and sign and date <br />the Storage Area Inspection Form (Attachment E). <br />C. Training Steps: <br />1. The AESC shall review the WEP with all new employees. <br />2. The AESC shall review the WEP once a year with all employees. <br />3. At least two employees on each work crew shall be First Aid/CPR certified <br />and must be re -certified annually. A list of all certified personnel is attached <br />(Attachment A) and will be updated annually. <br />4. A copy of the WEP has been provided to all NCRC&SL employees. <br />5. A copy of this WEP is to be posted on the bulletin board. <br />D. Evaluation/Mitigation/Notification Steps: <br />In case of an emergency, the AESC shall report the emergency to Emergency Site <br />Coordinator and perform the following: <br />1. Inspect emergency scene to determine the nature and extent of the situation <br />and to determine what measures should be taken to minimize danger or <br />damage. <br />2. Undertake appropriate direct actions to minimize the impacts of the <br />emergency situation. <br />Page 6 of 9 <br />
