Notify the proper authorities of the existence of an emergency situation and <br />solicit assistance. <br />5. Communicate with appropriate outside agencies, the County Administrator's <br />Office, the County Office of Emergency Services, and the County's Public <br />Information Officer as appropriate. <br />6. Direct all public and media inquiries concerning an emergency to the County <br />Public Information Officer at 468-3417. <br />E. Evacuation/Reassembly Steps: <br />In case of an emergency, the AESC shall report the emergency to the Emergency <br />Site Coordinator and perform the following: <br />1. Assist in the movement of people to safe zones, along established routes, <br />after evacuation order has been given. <br />2. Account for all parties who have not reassembled at predetermined safe <br />location. <br />3. Instruct individuals when to leave assembly location and where they should <br />9o• <br />F. Restoration Steps: <br />Following an emergency, the AESC shall report to the Emergency Site Coordinator <br />And perform the following: <br />1. Determine the safety of buildings and equipment and have unsafe conditions <br />Repaired or replaced. <br />2. Repair or replace damaged records, supplies, materials, equipment, and <br />Utilities necessary to restore worksite services. <br />3.
