0 1.6 CEQA COMPLIANCE <br />v <br />In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) process, the County <br />submitted the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (SCH #88060714), dated March 1989 <br />(Jones and Stokes, 1989) for the initial siting of the facility <br />A Negative Declaration was issued October 1992 (SCH #92082082) addressing the Recycling <br />Center. <br />A Final EIR (SCH #2006062113) addressing the impact of the proposed permit revisions, was <br />certified December 5, 2006.
