Label information will include the following: <br />• Sampler's number <br />• Sampler's identification <br />• Project number <br />• Date and time of collection <br />• Type of preservative used <br />The chain -of -custody records, initiated at the time of sampling, will <br />contain the following information: well number, date of sampling, and <br />name of the sampler. Plate B-2 shows a typical chain -of -custody <br />record. The record sheet will be signed by the sampler when transfer- <br />ring possession of the samples.
