Laboratories will be reviewed by EMCON <br />to verify that an adequate quality control program is followed. <br />CHAIN -OF -CUSTODY CONTROL <br />The following procedures will be used during sampling and analytical <br />activities to provide chain -of -custody control during transfer of sam- <br />ples from collection through storage. Recordkeeping activities and <br />tools will include: <br />• Field logbook for documenting activities in the field <br />• Sample labels to identify individual samples <br />• Chain -of -custody record sheets for documenting possession <br />and transfer of samples <br />• Laboratory analysis request sheet for documenting analy- <br />sis to be performed <br />In the field, the sampler will record the following information in the <br />field logbook for each sample collected: <br />.
