I - Screen, minimum 15-tons per hour capacity, portable, magnetic separation system <br /> for ferrous metals, stacking conveyor. <br /> I - Roll-off Truck (used) <br /> 2 - Roll-off Boxes, 40-cubic yard capacity <br /> 1 - Windrow Turner, self-propelled, straddle-type design, minimum capacity of 1500 <br /> tons per hour <br /> Technical Equipment- thermometers and probes, moisture meter, Ph kit, laboratory and <br /> plant response equipment. <br /> Water Delivery System - industrial hoses, nozzles, sprinklers and possibly misting <br /> systems. <br /> 2. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE <br /> All equipment will be inspected and maintained in accordance with manufacturer <br /> recommendations and OSHA requirements. Operators and supervisors will monitor the <br /> operation of equipment they are using. If any problems are identified or suspected the <br /> equipment will be identified to the maintenance shop manager. Equipment requiring repairs will <br /> not be used until repairs are completed. Operation and maintenance plans will be developed <br /> based on equipment vendor recommendations. <br /> Priority attention will be given to the maintenance of the tub grinder and windrow turner so that <br /> normal operations are not impeded. Required maintenance will be performed in the field <br /> immediately or during non-operating hours to minimize downtime. The equipment maintenance <br /> program will be an integral part of the timely processing of organic material through the facility. <br /> It will ensure that equipment is always available to keep the organic material in an aerobic <br /> condition and prevent anaerobic conditions which generate odors. <br /> 3.
