A requirement to patrol the area surrounding <br /> the site, within one mile and for acceptance of covered secure loads only <br /> will mitigate litter and debris on local street. No other impacts are anticipated <br /> to result. <br /> XIII. ENERGY <br /> A. Description <br /> The proposed development requires certain levels of various types of energy <br /> to construct and operate. These requirements are expected to be minimal <br /> and will not affect energy supplies. <br /> In terms of actual consumption, electrical power and natural gas is measured <br /> in billing units: Kilowatt hours (KWH) for electricity and THERMS (1 THERM <br /> 100,000 BTU's) for natural gas. <br /> 36 <br />
