i <br />Bicycles and Pedestrians <br />Project implementation would not create an obstacle to connecting existing or planned bicycle or <br />pedestrian facilities. <br />Impacts <br />The reader should note that the proposed project does not create a large number of trips. In 1995, the <br />facility will generate approximately 500 daily trips and by 2010, the facility will generate approximately <br />1,100 daily trips. Since the trips are dispersed over an entire day, there is little relative impact to other <br />users of the local transportation system. As a result, the impacts listed below are less than significant. <br />Roadway Structural Conditions <br />ri <br />'J <br />L <br />C1 <br />n <br />Impact <br />4.3-1 Implementation of the project would increase 3, 4, and 5 or more axle truck traffic on <br />MacArthur Drive, Llnne Road, Tracy Boulevard, Corral Hollow Road, Chrisman Road and 11 th <br />Street. The additional project truck traffic does not change the 2010 no project TI value. The <br />impact significance criteria considers a significant impact as an increase in the TI of greater than <br />1.0. Therefore, this impact is less than significant. <br />Mitigation <br />4.3-1 No mitigation is required or recommended. <br />Intersection Operations <br />Impact <br />4.3-2 Implementation of the project would increase traffic accessing the intersections of MacArthur <br />Drive and Linne Road, Corral Hollow Road and Linne Road, Tracy Boulevard and Linne Road, <br />Chrisman Road and Linne Road, and Chrisman Road and 11 th Street. All five intersections <br />operate at LOS C or better with the addition of project traffic at start up. The impact significance <br />criteria considers a significant impact as an exceedence of LOS D.
