What portion of the site will be covered by impervious surfaces? Cumulative Impacts The DEIR states that the only significantcumulative _impact of this project would be the cumulative effect of elimination of Swainson's hawk foraging habitat. A23 However, mitigation measure 4.2-5 reduces this impact
