CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL <br />FINAL CLOSURE PLAN - REVISED FEBRUARY, 1995 <br />2.0 CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />All work to affect the program will be done in accordance with the <br />CQA program (Appendix B). The CQA program explains all testing to <br />be performed in accordance with Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 7.8, <br />Section 17774, and Subtitle D. <br />Total Construction Quality Assurance Cost = $100,000 <br />3.0 REVEGETATION <br />The landfill will require revegetation. Approximately 43 acres of <br />landfill area will be revegetated. The vegetative layer will be 1.0 <br />foot thick for the landfill area and will be planted with Bromme <br />grass which should not require irrigation. <br />The following assumptions are made for estimating costs: <br />Seeding will be accomplished by hydroseeding for the landfill <br />areas. <br />* The maximum seeding rate will be 40 pounds per acre. <br />* Fertilizer will be applied at a rate of 400 pounds/acre. <br />* Mulch will be applied at a rate of 1500 pounds/acre. <br />* include <br />All costs below labor. <br />3.
