If a contractor is hired, <br />the contractor performing the work will submit an invoice by the <br />15th of each month. The County Solid Waste Division will process <br />the invoice, and the contractor will be paid by the end of each <br />month. A 5% retainer will be withheld by the County until <br />completion of the closure activities. The retainer will be paid to <br />the contractor upon completion of the project to the satisfaction <br />of the County. <br />25 <br />
