The monitoring data will be evaluated to determine the effectiveness of the corrective
action and compliance with the concentration limits established for the site. As described
in Section 6.3, the effectiveness of the corrective action will be evaluated by performing a
trend analysis on groundwater constituent concentrations from MW-5. The data will be
evaluated by the tolerance interval method because the available data indicates that water
from MW-4 and SB-1 is not impacted by the landfill and WDR Order No. 94-259
stipulates that this method be used. The tolerance interval method is described in
Section 3.1. Details of compliance with the concentration limits evaluation are provided in
Section 7.
Graphical summaries of the historical data will be prepared on an annual basis to provide a
visual presentation of trends or variations in water quality. The graphs will be included in
an annual report to be submitted to the RWQCB by January 30 of each calendar year. The
annual report will include all aspects of the quarterly monitoring reports, as well as a
summary of the calendar year's corrective action monitoring results.
SACN\PJM - s :1
3909390031.9BG 94 dg Rev.0,420195
0939-003.19 6-4
