7. 0 MAINTAIN DRAINAGE SYSTEM <br /> ' Assuming 2 operators and two pieces of equipment for 10 days a year <br /> to keep ditches clear and do some shaping at $700/day, the annual <br /> cost can be computed. <br /> ' COST <br /> ' ($700 X 10) _ $7,000 <br /> ' 8.0 INSPECTIONS <br /> Inspections will be made on a quarterly basis for the following <br /> items: <br /> Final cover <br /> Final grading, settlement <br /> ' Drainage system <br /> Gas monitoring and control system <br /> Ground water monitoring system <br /> Security <br /> ' Vector and fire control <br /> Litter control <br /> Assume inspections will take a Gensu'-t_„g County engineer <br /> approximately two working days to complete. The engineer will <br /> ' receive a rate of approximately $35/hour. The engineer will then <br /> prepare a report containing all observed deficiencies and suggested <br /> corrective measures.
