The Field <br /> Engineers for the SJDPW will be Wes Johnson and Michael Selling. <br /> 3.2.8 Quality Control Technicians <br /> Day-to-day observation, sampling, and testing of borrow soils and compacted in-place soil will be <br /> approved by the QC Technician(s). Their role is critical to the success of construction and to the <br /> creation of the required support documents.
