Should County forces be unavailable to meet the project <br /> schedule, the SJDPW may hire a qualified land surveyor contractor to perform surveys. The <br /> contractors' survey crew will be under direct supervision of a registered surveyor (California <br /> Registration) in the firm and will work under direction of the Project Engineer. Sanguinetti and <br /> Associates will perform all low permeability layer-related surveying under the direct supervision <br /> of Kleinfelder. <br /> 3.2.5 Construction Quality Assurance(CQA) Officer <br /> The CQA officer will oversee internal quality assurance of project design and documents. The <br /> CQA officer is Mr. Ron Heinen, G.E. Mr. Heinen oversaw the preparation of this CQA Plan. <br /> 3.2.6 Construction Monitor, Support Engineers <br /> The Construction Monitor, Support Engineers will assist the CQA Officer in performing internal <br /> quality assurance of project design and documents. These engineers are <br /> Mr. Steve Mahnke, C.E. and Mr. Timothy Crandall, P.E..
