E <br />LJ <br />C The new LFG wells will be connected to the existing LFG systems header <br />(Figure 2). Well lateral pipes will be installed in the vegetative layer only <br />(Figure 6). Lateral trenches in the vegetative layer will be carefully excavated <br />to minimize disturbance to the barrier layer. Lateral trench excavations will be <br />documented. <br />2.4 INSPECTION <br />Ford Construction's Forman will coordinate Inspection of work requiring EHD's <br />inspection with EHD Unit 6 inspectors. The Forman will notify EHD at least two <br />(2) working days in advance for inspection of: <br />1. Well construction. <br />2. Abandoned borings backfill. <br />3. Lateral trench excavation in the vegetative layer <br />2.5 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />Ford Construction will schedule the Installation of the new LFG extraction wells <br />after drilling permit approval. The work is expected to be completed in five (5) <br />working days. Work hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. <br />�X •*1111l:0t�►�IIi <br />The contractor will provide all necessary equipment for this project. A backhoe <br />may be used for trenching and loading excavated refuse into a disposal <br />container.
