11 <br />C. Shop Drawings: <br />1. One complete set of reviewed shop drawings, including manufacturer's printed <br />catalog cuts and data, shall be collected and maintained by the Contractor for <br />record purposes. <br />2. Shop drawings shall be filed and maintained by the Contractor, separate from <br />project drawings. Shop drawings shall be filed in 3 -ring binders with drawings <br />folded to fit heavy duty top loading clear view sheet protectors to the greatest <br />' extent possible and shall be indexed in accordance with the Specification <br />Division Format. <br />3. Shop drawings shall be delivered by the Contractor in new paperboard boxes <br />manufactured specifically for the storage of file folders. Boxes shall have <br />covers and cutout handles and shall be accurately identified as to the contents. <br />D. Record Survey Drawings <br />1. All main runs, whether piping, conduit, ductwork, or drain <br />lines shall be located, in addition, by dimension and elevation. <br />6. <br />No work shall be permanently concealed until the required information has <br />been recorded. <br />7. <br />. Where the Engineer's drawings are not of sufficient size, scale, or detail, the <br />Contractor shall furnish his own drawings for incorporation of details and <br />dimensions. <br />8. <br />The Contractor shall submit the Record Drawings to the Engineer before the <br />County's acceptance of the Work. <br />B. Addenda and Change Orders: <br />1. <br />Changes to the Construction Drawings shall be by the Engineer, and will be <br />identified by Addendum, Change Order or Engineer's Field Order number, and <br />effective date. <br />2. <br />When changes to the Construction Drawings are issued by the Engineer as the <br />basis of or along with addenda, these revised drawings shall be incorporated by <br />the Contractor into the Record Drawings with appropriate annotation. <br />C.
