11 <br />[Ji <br />C <br />C <br />1.06 RECORD SPECIFICATIONS <br />e <br />A. Project Specifications: <br />L. The specifications book for record purposes shall be maintained by the <br />Contractor in a large -ring, 3 -ring binder or binders. <br />2. Information, changes, and notes shall be recorded in the Specifications in blank <br />areas, such as page margins, or on separate sheets inserted in the binder. All <br />such information, changes, and notes shall be recorded with red pen or red <br />typewriter ribbon. <br />3. In each Section, in an appropriate location, record the manufacturer, trade <br />name, catalog number, and supplier of each product and item of equipment <br />actually installed. <br />4. The record specifications book shall be complete and shall include all <br />documents and forms listed under Bidding Requirements, Contract Forms, and <br />Terms and Conditions. <br />B. Addenda, Change Orders, and Field Orders: <br />1. All Addenda, Change Orders, and Engineer's Field Orders shall be <br />incorporated by the Contractor into the front of the specifications book in <br />reverse chronological order. Use appropriate page dividers to identify addenda <br />and change orders and to separate Addenda from the Specifications. <br />2. In addition, the changes to the specifications effected by Addenda, Change <br />Order, or Field Order shall be annotated on the affected page or pages of the <br />specifications, or adjacent thereto. <br />1.07 SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS <br />A. At completion of the project, and before submitting an invoice for final payment, <br />the Contractor shall deliver record documents to the Engineer. <br />B. For record project drawings, include the reproducible transparency set along with <br />one blueline or blackline print. <br />C. Record documents shall be delivered neatly and efficiently packaged. <br />D. Submission of record documents shall be accompanied with a transmittal letter, in <br />triplicate, containing the following information: <br />1.
