The annual cost to maintain the CHSL is approximately $80,000 per year (2007 dollars) <br />(Table1). <br />These costs reflect: <br />• Annual Inflation factors issued by CIWMB, compounded since 1995. <br />• The LFG system. <br />• Increased closure surface area due to the extension of the closure cap in the <br />northeast portion of the landfill. <br />1.0 REVEGETATION <br />Initial costs escalated to 2007 dollars by CIWMB inflation factors.
