The RDSI ammendment requested continued use <br /> of Covertech-440 as ADC at the site. To date no information has been received by <br /> EHD. Unless the above requested information concerning Covertech- 440 is received <br /> and approved of by EHD before June 5, 1995 this ADC will not be approved for use <br /> at FCL. <br /> Beginning June 6, 1995 soil cover (of six inches thickness) must be used daily to <br /> cover wastes at FCL. No other cover material is approved at this time.
