The perimeter fence at the landfill has questionable integrity. There is a history <br /> of wired areas being cut and wide gaps existing in several areas. Submit a <br /> description for how this site will be adequately secured. <br /> FINAL COVER <br /> 1. Identify sources for imported soils for final cover. <br /> 2. Submit analysis of sewage sludge to be used in foundation. <br /> 3. Identify source for imported clay material. <br /> 4. Identify amendments to be added to the clay and would it be needed for <br /> permeability requirements. <br /> 5. Submit more information on Brommus Mollus species of grass to be used as <br /> final vegetative cover (indicate root depth, resistance to disease, <br /> propagation time, water needs, etc.) <br /> FINAL GRADING <br /> 1.
