A copy of the proposal dated September <br />1993 was submitted to Scott Walker, Permitting and Compliance Division on October <br />1, 1993. <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (LEA) will <br />accept responsibility for the monitoring of this project in accordance with Section <br />17683 of the California Code of Regulations. <br />We look forward to any comments and insight you may have to offer concerning this <br />proposal.
