STOCKPILE INFORMATION <br />Calculated amount of backup soil needed to cover active face <br />- Amount (in cubic yards) and location of soil stockpile <br />Statement that at least 3 days worth of backup soil stockpile will be available <br />at all times (cubic yards) <br />- Location description for soil stockpile <br />When all necessary information has been received and approved by this office the project <br />may begin January 3, 1994 and end January 3, 1995. All ADC project activity must <br />commence as specified in your approved plan. Any changes in this plan must be submitted, <br />reviewed, and approved by this department before work may proceed.
