San Joaquin Street <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />The following Winterization Plan is submitted for review: <br />The location of the disposal area will be adjacent to the scale house <br />exit at the south/east corner of the landfill. The area to recieve <br />waste during this time is shown on the attached map. The amount of <br />waste to be received during the winter period is based on the new <br />grinding operation the volume received will be approximately 10-50 <br />tons per day, for the 1995-96 winter season. <br />All winter roads are in place. All roads and pad to be used with ths- <br />exception of roads adjacent to the working face, are asphalt with a <br />compacted aggregate base material. These roads provide vehicles <br />access to and from the winter pad. <br />Storm water will be directed towards the perimeter drainage ditch. <br />Areas where ponding may occur, such as depressions due to <br />settlement, will be pumped into the concrete lined ditch so the <br />water may be carried to the retention pond. <br />
